    Mr. Johnstone acts as the foundation’s Chairperson.

  • Tarun Brahma

    Mr. Brahma acts as the foundation’s Treasurer and Secretary.

  • Claire Cummins

    Ms. Cummins is a member of the Board of Directors.

  • Jan van den Tooren

    Mr. van den Tooren is a member of the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors has the exclusive authority and responsibility to manage the affairs of the Stichting Climate Impact (the “Foundation”). The right to represent the Foundation is vested in two members of the Board of Directors acting jointly.

The Board and Chairperson shall not be paid for their duties as members of the board, but shall be entitled to reimbursement of expenses incurred in attending board meetings or ancillary to their duties.
